How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid copyright infringement claim, your notice must include all of the following:

  1. Physical or Electronic Signature
    • A real or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  2. Identification of Copyrighted Work
    • Clear description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (e.g., “Original blog post titled ‘Best AI Writing Tools 2025’ published at example.com/post-123”).
  3. Identification of Infringing Material

Counter-Notice Procedure

  3. Statement under penalty of perjury:“I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”

  5. Consent to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California
  6. Agreement to accept service of process from the claimant

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringement.

  • First violation: Warning + removal
  • Second violation: 30-day suspension
  • Third violation: Permanent account termination and IP ban
